Either. Some clients take an assessment and run with the roadmap themselves. Most stay on with us as an ongoing partnership, where we are the AI person the business retains and we layer in new skills as the needs grow. There is no lock-in at any point.
You get a prioritised roadmap of three to five recommendations with honest assessments of complexity, cost and impact. From there, you choose whether to keep working with us. The roadmap is yours either way.
